Tunes From Here And There

My brand new CD is  done! It's an international collaboration was recorded in the Kathmandu Valley, once a  stopover on the famed Silk Road. My clawhammer banjo is joined by the sarangi (played by Parashuram Bhandari) and tabla (played by Achyut Ram Bhandari). I have been playing music with these master musicians for many years, and recording with them is a dream come true for me. The resulting music, American fiddle tunes and folk music from different regions in Nepal - is haunting, exciting, and just plain great listening.
